[W]hich ranks countries on their success at tasks like maintaining or improving air and water quality, maximizing biodiversity and cooperating with other countries “to manage common environmental problems.”

Japan, most West European countries, Botswana and the tiny Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan were ranked higher than the old U.S. of A.
