McMichael Sr knew Arbery and knew his record. Arbery wasn’t jogging in work boots and there had been a rash of thefts and break-ins, of cars AND houses. They knew a gun had been stolen from a car. The police WERE called and they intended to hold Arbery until the police got there. Arbery grabbed McMichael Jrs gun and fought him for it. Arbery lost. They aren’t guilty but may be convicted of being white.

Regardless of the verdict, riots will ensue.

These verdicts go against the original intent of the Founders.

That must be the “Kill all the Negroes” clause in the Constitution, right?

There is no way this would have happened during the Founding era.

Well they didn’t have trucks (during the ‘founding era”). And the victim would have been a slave and they could have done whatever they wanted to him without fear of punishment. So you are correct.

But for every one of those, there are two of these :
This gets said over and over :
Arbery wasn’t jogging in work boots
Nice to know that choice of footwear is grounds for justifiable homicide.
To: DJ MacWoW

He was wearing Nike running shoes, not work boots. That’s not in question, it was in the trial.

First, I absolutely concur with this verdict but Trespassing? Being in Real Estate for thirty years, I have to say, I have “trespassed” hundreds of times into homes under construction, as have my clients and many other potential buyers. The builders love it because they want to sell it or get a prospective custom build. People love going into houses, under construction and open, I don’t know why but they do. But not once has a neighbor ever questioned me or called the police.

I wonder why?
One more thread at the “read more”….

Lastly, we have – HOW CAN THIS BE???

Judge orders lawyers who filed suit alleging 2020 election fraud to pay over $180K in fees Fox10 ^ | 11/24/21 | AP Posted on 11/24/2021, 6:26:50 PM by hsmomx3

DENVER – A federal judge has ordered two lawyers who filed a class action lawsuit alleging the 2020 presidential election was stolen from Donald Trump to pay more than $180,000 in attorney’s fees for defendants Dominion Voting Systems, Facebook and others, saying the lawsuit was intended to manipulate “gullible members of the public” and helped spur the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

The now-dismissed suit relied on baseless conspiracy theories spread by the former president and his supporters. It named elected officials in four swing states, Facebook and Denver-based Dominion, whose election machines were at the center of some of the most fevered speculation.

U.S. Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neureiter ruled in August that attorneys Gary D. Fielder and Ernest J. Walker should pay penalties. Neureiter’s Monday order, first reported by Colorado Politics, awarded individual fees — but he stayed the awards pending an appeal of the dismissed lawsuit to the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver.

The penalties included $62,930 to Dominion and $50,000 to Facebook, which the suit alleged censored conservative voices leading up to the election.

SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS

Now there’s no need for that kind of language.

Judges are black-robed tyrants. I want someone to change my mind.

I’m afraid you’d have to grow one first.
To: hsmomx3

The lawyers are appealing this to the 10th District.

I think this is something that should inspire more interest.

If I understand this correctly the Judge “stayed” the decision to pay Dominion and Facebook until the appeal is resolved. I guess everyone is so sure that the appeal is lost.

WOW, I did not know there were fifty lawsuits already “lost” regarding the STEAL.

HOW CAN THIS BE, WHEN SO MANY OF US ARE CONVINCED THAT THE ELECTION WAS STOLEN?

  1. These lawsuits against MAGAt election-deniers are disappointing.
SURE, the damages are okay, but really, they just cry out for PUNITIVE damages.

As in, “beat the shit out of these a-holes to make them learn better”.
