Today on Tommy T’s Obsession with the Freeperati – Florida Primary Edition

OK, people – iisten up.

I’m going to crack open the Folrida Primary Live thread at Free Republic, but Ive had to institute some special precautions – a BSL-3 containment labinside the existing iso chamber. The nasty stuff in the exploding heads of the Freeperati must be contained at all costs lest it leak into the environment – one single drop of this stuff could turn the entire population of the Dallas Metroplex into rabid suckerfish.

OK – here we go!

Newt wins in a shocker!!!
Late deciders were fed up with Romney trying to buy nomination and revolted!!!

Whatever happens in FLA, the Newtonian Revolution will go on. Big Ideas must beat Big Money or we are just a bunch of sheep caving into the establishment. Wake Up America!!! If you want to shock the system – you have to be willing to rock the system. Go Newt!!!

Sometimes things are so rotten to the core, you have to abandon or tear them down and start over. I’m at that point with the GOP-e. Not salvageable if Romney prevails.

My sentiments exactly. Shall I light the match and fire up the bulldozer? The GOP is dead to me!

525 posted on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 7:13:25 PM byRobertClark (“Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed”)
Actually, it’s the other way around.
You guys just demonstrated that you are a small and noisy minority, and not a voting base.
This means thatteabaggers are dead to theGOP.
.
You did get some of your nitwits elected last cycle, but they’ve all been acting like – well – nitwits, and have painted the entire GOP as out-of-touch extremists (thanks for that, BTW).
Heven’t you noticed the precipitous drop in the number of times/day the term “Tea Party” is used by GOPers?
Oh don’t get me wrong – they’ll take your money, should you continue to be so foolish as to send it, but you see – your liabilities now outweigh your assets.

To: gswilder
If you don’t vote for the republican nominee, you are voting for Obama. And if you are voting for Obama, you are not a conservative. Any of the 4 republicans are more conservative than Obama. Don’t let your emotions cloud your senses.

That’s not going to work on me anymore. If Romney is the nominee, I write-in.

My vote is MY vote, and it won’t go to someone who is opposite of what I hold dear.

Too bad for you this is an ANTI-ROMNEY website. We will continue to bash Romney just as much as we bash ZERO.

That is a fact. Romney supporters will continue to be banned. Don’t look for any support for Romney EVER on Free Republic. As it should be.

Thank you for saying that. We need to be reminded. Even if this is my last political adventure with the Republicans, until they deliver to me MY candidate, and MY Tea Party stacked to the gills on the RNC, already funded and endorsed with a quill in his hand and all of the above on a platter, with nothing left to do but for the announcement. We have already enough glass under our finger nails to last a life time.

Can I even express how DONE I will be with the Republican Party? I don’t think so.

Take your C*ap elsewhere. I am viewing reality very coldly. Mitt will NEVER get my vote. I understand Statism and the evils of Tyranny quite clearly.

Only a delusional fool would believe that Mitt would do anything to turn our Republic towards Liberty.

Mitt has a power-lust equal to the Marxist.Mitt has Statism in his DNA. Mitt worships at the alter of State Power.

Nothing upon this Earth will ever get me to cast a vote for such a vile man. I will not vote for Evil just because it has an R.

How stupid does someone have to be to listen to those lies? Look at his record and what he said throughout the last 6 years or more. That speech was written and read from a teleprompter.

It’s totally not who Mitt is. Anyone stupid enough to fall for a teleprompter speech deserves what they get. It will be without my vote.

LOL… Yeah – got the message. The reason I didn’t know that is that I’ve never seen the movie – absolutely can’t stand John Beluchi (sic) – nor that kind of movie staring anyone.

I’m 70 years old and haven’t been to a ‘new’ movie in probably 15 years. Oh, wait – I did go see the cartoon ‘Madagascar’ – and later bought the sequel, ‘Escape to Africa’ – and that only because I read about the computer horse-power they used to ‘make it happen.’

Obama is going to politcally enslave Romney with his Bain Capital record. He is going to put the chain of Bain Capital around Romney’s neck and drags him around like a gladiator dragging his defeated enemy in the arena… He is going to mop the floor with this fool Rommey.

There is no way under the sun that Romney is going to survive his Bain Capital record in the general elections no matter how much the delusions is strong with the many fools on our side to think that not only he would survive it but it would be an asset for him…

This is insanity and living in a parallel universe. Obama the Lord and Master of class warfare would so utterly crushes Romney with his Bain Capital record that Romney’s utter defeat would be remembered for ever…

Romney is Obama ultimate dream opponent and the fools on our side are making his dream comes true… This is so damn depressing…

I can’t help but point out that the Freepers have pretty low regard for our political system. For all of their talk of American Exceptionalism, they believe that simply the act of electing Barack Obama has threatened the very existence of the Republic.
Every statement is about saving America. It is preposterous that a single election for a single branch of government can threaten our nation.
The self centered crap about MY candidate is precious, too. Ever heard of the Stones? We can’t always get what we want. Part of being an adult is reconciling those choices. Hey, I WANT Volkswagen to put a 7.2liter Mercedes engine in my car. Don’t think they are going to do it though, particularly if all I do is play Keyboard Kommando on some paranoia forum.
