Today on Tommy T’s Obsession with the Freeperati – “Hello, suckers!” edition

Good morning, everyone!

The Endless Freepathon is over, and with almost a month to go before the next one! (pay up, Kibitzer)

Gullibility is high on the list of Freeperati characteristics, so let’s kick off with –Are we not suckers? We are FREEPO!

Are Hannity, Rush, and the big talkers playing us for $$$? (vanity)

Posted on Tuesday, May 01, 2012 10:41:51 PM byteg_76

Do you ever get the feeling that Rush and Hannity don’t really care who wins, just as long as their dollars keep rolling in from us tea party saps.

Besides Mark Levin, what prominent talker has gone out on a limb and endorsed true conservative candidates? Everyday we have to here Hannity interview the John McCains of the world. If he truly believed in the conservative movement, wouldn’t he be out there trumpeting Richard Mourdock and Don Stenberg like Levin is?

As for Rush, he is more interested in commercializing the tea party movement with his “Two if by tea” than promoting it.

Besides Mark Levin, they’re all sellouts just like the Republican leadership…looking out for their own career over the well being of the country.

Eric Cantor with his support of Richard Lugar and Adam Kinzinger in their primaries is consolidating moderate, establishment support behind his ambition to be speaker some day. But Hannity is more interested in a softball interview with him than evicerating him for his actions.

There are very few leaders in our movement.

That would be because you’re Authoritatrians for the most part (with some fake libertarians thrown in for flavour). The Dems have always been the Party of grassroots, and the Repubs have always been the Party ofSTFU and do/think what we tell you to.
Also, self-analysis doesn’t seem to be high on your list of priorities – just sayin’…

We stopped listening to Rush long ago, as he bumped bellies with those who rolled out the red carpet for tens of millions of illegals, during war time, as he babbled about feminist and golf.

It became unbearable.

One way to look at it is we are using them to get our ideas out. If they get too far from home, theygo the way of BOR and leave the radio.

Fox has their own rules, as we saw with Glenn Beck. Now he can be as crazy as he wants to be, but while at Fox, he was “handled”.
And now he’s handling himself.

In a marketplace of ideas, the bad ideas go away eventually. CNN. MSNBC, and others are examples of that. There is absolutely nothing to stop you from blogging, becoming a writer, or becoming a talk show host.To keep an audience, you would have to keep some opinions close to your vest.

Death penalty for being brown, ferinstance.

Savage and Stein prove that. Levin is the only one that can call someone a liar, or communist and get back on the air the next day. I think hat’s because he’s a lawyer and leaves a way out. Look at what’s happened to Anne(sic) Coulter. I bet her next book isn’t quite the best seller she is used to.

Rush and Levin are the only ones I listen to. Occasionally Beck…tho I’m growing tired of the ‘spectacular revelations’ he has

(i.e. the Buffett connection to the pipeline deal. FReepers knew about that MONTHS ago!!!)

Hannity drives me nuts and I turn his show OFF as of late. He’s a toadie for the RNC…panders to the establishment with this “can’t we all just get along” attitude.

Particularly pissed about his lecturing to us about Breitbart’s death and that HE knew about Andrew’s heart condition and that we should lay off about the autopsy.

Most annoying with him is his pandering for the ‘black vote’ with the guests and callers he has on. It’s like…”well I know you’re going to vote for Obama…but can I sway you and your kids by sending you a beautiful arrangement of flowers from Pre-Flora and toys for the kids?” It’s disgusting. I’m sorry, No different from what the Democraps promise them. And that’s my damned opinion. So, there.

Yes, but Rush to his credit is pretty open about it. I don’t think he is joking one whit about bolting if the bottom drops out, and why not? Who would not if the option were there? He has also paid his dues and busted the crap out of many a leftist when he is not, in his own words “carrying water” for the Geriatric Old Plantation.

Hannity . . . Don’t like him for a number of reasons so I will withold comment. I don’t think I can be objective about him.

That’s because you ‘re working from a flawed premise.
It’s not cancer, it’s just an infection – and that infection isyou.
Now, the infection may have been severe, and may have lasted for a long time (the virulent ones always do), but eventually the body wins.
And – as time goes on, your infection of the body politic will be but a faded memory.

Mitt Romney’s New BFF: Donald Trump (says Obama told the truth about Kenya birth!)
The Daily Beast ^ | May 25, 2012 | Lloyd Grove

Posted on Friday, May 25, 2012 4:49:30 PM bySeizethecarp

“A book publisher came out three days ago and said that in his written synopsis of his book,” Trump went on, “he said he was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia. His mother never spent a day in the hospital.”

“That’s what he told the literary agent,” Trump insisted. “That’s the way life works… He didn’t know he was running for president, so he told the truth. The literary agent wrote down what he said… He said he was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia… Now they’re saying it was a mistake. Just like his Kenyan grandmother said he was born in Kenya, and she pointed down the road to the hospital, and after people started screaming at her she said, ‘Oh, I mean Hawaii.’ Give me a break.”

For the past several days MSNBC hosts have been aggressively hectoring Romney spokespersons demanding to know when Romney is going to denounce Trump’s “birtherism” and shun and banish Trump.

Last month, a Huffpo reporter camped out in front of Trump Tower where Trump was hosting a birthday party for Ann Romney and the reporter pounced on each guest showing up to the party to demand whether they were comfortable with the Romney’s association with unrepentant “birther,” Trump.

Barry’s team is running scared!

The manager/attorney/director whoever he was, the guy that Trump had the “Birther” researchers send their material to, STATED the he KNEW obama was born in Hawaii. So, why is Trumps top trusted guy, who was responsible for collecting the material from the researchers, certain that obama was indeed born in HI, and his boss pretends to have proof that obama was born elsewhere?

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – George Zimmerman has been charged with second-degree murder for the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, according to the Associated Press.

Additionally, Zimmerman has been taken into custody, but it hasn’t been revealed where he is being held.

CBSMiami has confirmed that State Attorney Angela Corey, who was appointed as a special prosecutor in the case, will hold an announcement about the charges at 6 p.m. in Jacksonville.

I think this was the most severe he could be charged with.

George Zimmerman’s bond revoked by judge, 48 hours to surrender in Trayvon Martin killing
CBS News ^ | June 1, 2012 | Barry Leibowitz

Breaking news!!!!

Must credit Breitbart – oh wait – he’s still dead.

SANFORD, Fla. – A judge Friday revoked bond for George Zimmerman, and gave the neighborhood watch volunteer who killed Florida teen Trayvon Martin 48 hours to surrender.

Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. said that Zimmerman engaged in “material falsehood” about money in issuing his ruling.

About an hour before the ruling came, prosecutors in the second-degree murder case again Zimmerman had filed a new motion requesting the bond revocation. They contended Zimmerman’s wife knew about the donations he had collected through a PayPal account, but didn’t mention the money at his bond hearing.

Zimmerman’s PayPal account collected more than $200,000, his attorney later revealed.

“Defendant has intentionally deceived the court with the assistance of his wife, Shelley Zimmerman. During the jail phone calls both of them spoke in code to hide what they were doing,” the motion read.

The judge said Zimmerman had misled the court at his bond hearing.

The defense says the finances are an innocent misunderstanding.

Prosecutors also argued that Zimmerman has a second passport in addition to the one he surrendered…

“Zimmerman turned his passport over to the court at the bond hearing as a measure that would prevent him from fleeing the country.”

LOL!!! As if a passport is going to stop him from going into Mexico. All he needs is an LA Dodgers ball cap, an empty back back and being able to say in espanol, “I’m going back for another load” and he’ll be good to go.

According to Mark O’Mara, Zimmerman’s lawyer, $5,000 of the donor money was used to post Zimmerman’s bond. It’s doubtful that he didn’t know/think he could use the money for his bond when he did just that.

I believe the bible thing is a convenient weapon, not a root cause, as there are too many other things in the bible that they simply ignore.
So why the fuck do they care? How does it affect them in even the slightest way?
