It’s Thoth Sunday. Others may call it Bacchus Sunday but I’m a Thoth guy all the way.

Thoth is the parade that meanders through Uptown New Orleans stopping at health care facilities along the way. I wrote about them in a 2022 post, A Tale Of Two Krewes.

The Nevilles are perfect for today because I live in their old 13th Ward neighborhood. I even watched a parade or two with Art Neville. I still watch parades with his son Mike. The spirit of Art Neville permeates my parade watching corner.
