When I started this post, I auditioned a series of featured images. They all had one thing in common: Vivek Ramaswamy. I decided I didn’t want to look at his smug mug before, during, and after the completion of this post. Instead, the featured image is the Ohio state flag, which should be flown at half-staff if the slimy Ramaswamy wins the governor’s race.

There are some stories on which I prefer to let the proverbial dust settle before weighing in. This is one of them as it involves liars lying about an opponent’s painful past. A fulsome version of the scurrilous and untrue Ramaswamy ad is hard to find, which came as a relief to me. It means I don’t have to post it just a description by Ohio’s current GOP Governor Mike DeWine:

“The ad on its face is deeply, deeply troubling, but when you know the rest of the story, when you know the backstory, when you know that the husband of the mom was indicted by a grand jury after hearing testimony and that he took off along with the mother and that two children never saw the mother after that. When you know that, it just, to me, makes it more serious. It makes it just more wrong.”

DeWine asked that the ad be taken down but undermined his position by NOT threatening to withdraw his endorsement of the slimy Ramaswamy. It’s the same cowardly dance routine DeWine performed in 2024 after Vance and Trump claimed that Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio were dog eaters. DeWine denounced the comments but supported the ticket because he’s a hack. He may be a hack with decent instincts but he’s all profile and no courage. It’s just the same old DeWine in a new bottle.

The Insult Comedian and his oily Veep have made this despicable, desperate and degenerate ad a GOP litmus test. If anything, Vance’s response was more despicable than Donald’s:

“I’m a little bit disgusted when I see Republicans across the country who are whining more about that advertisement than they are about what the congressional Democrats and other Democrats want to do to the United States of America. Politics is a tough business.”

I’m more than a little disgusted by Vance’s comments, especially as his boss is the country’s champion whiner. JD should piss off and find a couch to fuck.

This commercial has been compared by many to the Willie Horton ad run by Republicans in 1988. It’s actually worse, the Horton ad was racist and inflammatory but had some basis in the truth, the Ramaswamy ad is blatantly untrue. Court documents support Dr. Acton’s story as does her brother:

It’s rare that a story like this is so easily refutable. The fact that MAGA is doubling down on this despicable, desperate, and degenerate ad is no surprise. Decency isn’t MAGA’s jam, misogyny is. This is a new low BUT they will go lower as their desperation grows.

It’s amazing that Dr. Amy Acton has been such a success after her Dickensian childhood. Trump claimed that her mother knows her best. Wrong. Acton hasn’t seen her birth mother since 1978. Most people prefer not to associate with someone who sided with their rapist. The only liars in this story are Ramaswamy, Trump, and Vance.

This disgusting attack ad is proof positive of MAGA’s short-term thinking. It evokes GOPers response to the Epstein files and serves as a reminder that Jeffrey Epstein’s patron, Les Wexner is an Ohioan. After years of screaming about pedos, Team MAGA doesn’t care about young girls getting fucked by adult men because Trump is in the Epstein files. How depraved it that?

This despicable, desperate, and degenerate ad and Team MAGA’s reaction to it has backfired. It has the chance of sinking not only Vivek’s campaign but the entire Republican ticket in the Buckeye state. Republican candidates across the country are being asked to chime in on the controversy. It’s making them squirm. Good.

Vivek Ramaswamy is a filthy rich tech bro who went to Yale Law School with JD Vance. He’s the outsider candidate as despicable dweeb. When he ran for the Republican nomination in 2024, the other candidates all hated him and I made him malaka of the week. He’s gone from being an annoying twerp to a degenerate Trump mini-me, only without the latter’s waning charisma.

Team MAGA considers empathy a sign of weakness. The Kaiser of Chaos only has empathy for men who are accused of abusing women. Trump should be a pariah, not president. He’s an adjudicated rapist who has no problem smearing women if it serves his political purposes. That goes for Vivek Ramaswamy whose despicable, desperate, and degenerate ad should lead to his well-deserved defeat.
