Today on Tommy T’s Obsession with the Freeperati – Froth of July edition

Happy Independence Day, everyone!

My British expat friend Martin and I were talking some time ago. I asked him what he was going to be doing for Fourth Of July, and he replied “Soolking”.

Speaking of sore losers, let’s see what Freeptopia has been up to lately., shall we? This week’s offering is a grab bag of older posts that didn’t fit into a category (unless you regard “batshit crazy” as a category), but were too good to spike.

Iso suits on, air pumps running, zippers up – Isaw that smirk, Pansypoo – and off we go!

First up –It’s Sab-Oh-tagee, I tells ya!‏

Conspiracy
Theory : Oil Starts Leaking just as the “Drilling Ban” is Overturned?

I believe Obama’s team is on record saying no border fence until
Amnesty, so it’s not beyond their boundaries to use a real human tragedy
for political gain.

I am also pretty sure Obama said he’s been
in control since “Day 1” on the oil spill.

Now, the moment the
“Oil Drilling Ban” is overturned a ROV knocks the cap off the oil well
and “we have a full scale out of control leak again”.

Anybody
buying it? I don’t have a newsletter you can subscribe to but I am
logged in …

I find it very convenient also. And the oil leak hard on the
heels of a mining disaster? Um, yeah.

(If Bam is the answer, the question was stupid.)

.You know, whenever someone posts something as risible and embarrassing to Freeperville as “Obummer haz a super sekrit plot to blow up drilling platforms because he hates Ammurica” , often the more – well, let’s not say‘sane’ exactly, but‘in control’ Freepers put him in his place.

I wouldn’t rule out anything.

(Obama is either incompetent or malicious, and it makes little
difference which.)

This is not one of those times.

To: Scythian

No “coincidence” about it.

I don’t know about your conspiracy theory, but here’s another
interesting data point. One of the two people who died during the oil
cleanup today died of a gun shot wound, at least according to this
article.

(Not all of us are hypnotized.)

Ok – that’s pretty deranged, even for Freeperville.

Hey – I’ve got it! Maybe he used the same handgun thatVince Fosterused? Then you’d have something!

(Newser)

A charter boat captain hired to help
with the Gulf cleanup effort killed himself on board his vessel
yesterday. Allen “Rookie” Kruse had been running fishing tours from an
Alabama port for more than 20 years. Friends and family say the
55-year-old had become despondent over the spill’s impact on his
livelihood.
He took a job working for BP’s cleanup crew 2 weeks ago and
other captains say he, like them, found the work frustrating and plagued
by bureaucracy.

“We’re helping cover up the lie.
We’re burying ourselves,” a deckhand who worked for Kruse told the
Washington Post
. “We’re helping them cover up the s*** that’s
putting us out of work.
” Social workers in the Gulf region say they’re
seeing a steep rise in mental health problems as the spill’s effects hit
communities used to hard work and independence. Kruse told him working
for the “hopeless” cleanup effort was “just like prison,” a fellow
captain says. “And he didn’t make it another week.”

Obviously Obama’s fault.

Cui bono?

To have a conspiracy you need to have someone with an upside. So
who’s got the upside here? Dumb0? He just looks even more clueless.

Of course it would be nice to have a President with a bit of oil
drilling experience at the moment. Oh, wait…

George Soros and his $891 million investment in Petrobras is a
beneficiary. As Dick Cheney would say, “big time.”

As Dick Cheney wouldactually say:

Gofuckyourself

And the more George
benefits, the more the money flows to lefists in election campaigns,
including Obama’s next run, plus more money for the Center for American
Progress, which seems to be in charge of setting all these policies.
They recommended both the $20 billion shakedown and the 6 month ban on
drilling.

So – to sum up:

George Soros talked Oedipus Tex into stacking the MMC with coke-sniffing frat boys on the take from the very companies they are charged with regulating, knowing that Obama would secede him as President.

Then Soros could count on his influence with (as a competitor to) BP to insure that safety regulations such as second blowout preventers would be crushed by the Invisible Hand Of The Free Market, and the oil would flow freely.

Ok. I got it.

AND, you know whatelsedrills underground?

Graboid
Graboids!!!

You can make it from there to Kevin Bacon in justone degree of separation!

Proof positive!

More marching morons after the fireworks.
