Which, seriously. DOMA went down, so from Washington’s perspective, these marriages are recognized. Utah can sort its shit out on its own time.
The bigots like to make out this is all about their right not to see boys kissing, and meanwhile it’s really about your driver’s licenses and who gets to make decisions for you if you’re incapacitated and all the really inconvenient paperwork-y shit that happens when you make a major life change. All of which affects the bigots not one little bit, not that they can process that.
