Morning, everybody! I have no idea how this edict slipped under my radar, but it doesn’t matter much, since the edict has been lifted!
ALEX JONES’ WRITTEN STATEMENT ON INTERNET CENSORSHIP
infowars.com ^ | August 8, 2018 | Alex JonesPosted on 8/9/2018, 12:14:52 PM by Jim Robinson
This is a dangerous precedent that can be used against any ideology, left or right
Across the board in what appears to be a highly-coordinated effort to silence the message behind Infowars and Alex Jones, most major social media, backbone utilities associated with our web site and video platforms have launched unprecedented account bans and suspensions on virtually all of our channels.
Regardless of what you think of me, and what you have heard indirectly through third-party sources, you are clearly witnessing a 21st century purge of an ideology.
(500 words of “Blah blah blah poor pitiful me” bullshit snipped)
**************************
IMHO: This is downright criminal what the left is doing to Alex Jones. I am therefore lifting the general restrictions we have on posting from infowars.com with the exception that we still do not want 9/11 type conspiracy nonsense posted to FR.
So – as long as the posters refrain from posting Alex Jones’ conspiracy theories, the ban on his bullshit is lifted?
This should be a very short thread.
Our long-standing general policy about no profanity, no personal attacks, no violence, no racism, etc, still stands. Alex Jones/infowars restrictions were in place on FR due to his 9/11 type conspiracy theories which we still do not want on FR.

Bad news conspiracy theorists. QAnon codes are just a guy mashing his keyboardGraham Cluely ^ | 8-14-2018 | Graham CluelyPosted on 8/15/2018, 8:42:05 PM by pluvmanteloResearcher Mark Burnett is a world authority on passwords. Think I’m kidding? He has collected millions of passwords over the last couple of decades, and has written a book about the real-life password analyses he has done. It shouldn’t be any surprise then to hear that he’s the kind of guy who’s familiar with the different way people choose passwords – including those who think they can generate a really random password by just mashing their keyboard like a crazy man. Enter the bat-shit crazy QAnon conspiracy theory, which – amongst other things – believes that there is a huge undiscovered paedophile ring run by the powerful liberal elite.*******************While the author is clearly a Q skeptic, the argument he purveys is, in my view, cogent. To: pluvmanteloOh dear. I was unaware there was such a thread. So sorry. There’s a nightly Q thread, but it really is for enthusiasts and true believers. Most of us skeptics treat it as a private party, and refrain from posting there.
I wouldn’t post anything of a skeptical nature there, unless you’ve got a hide as hard as dragon scales.

If you notice you are starting to see Q signs at trump rally’s to make us all look like conspiratards. Mueller and rosenstein are not our friends. Trump has not fired them because so many republicans in the senate dont have his back and would make his life hell if he did the right thing and fired them.

Omarosa Manigault-Newman should never have been allowed to breathe Situation Room air, and that she did, while jeopardizing national security, is a sad and frightening testament to the Trump administration’s utter lack of seriousness from its conception.
And now, the President is paying the price for hiring some of the worst people to work for him: An unqualified, backbiting and dishonest former employee is waging a public relations war.
(snip)But if the tape does ever materialize, it’s fair to say with certainty that Trump will suffer no real consequences for it. There are a few reasons why.
Two groups of voters — those who don’t care and those who don’t mind — will help keep Trump afloat.
Plenty of Trump supporters made an early calculation that whatever he says or does that is otherwise loathsome is an acceptable bargain if he also restores jobs, nominates the right judges, lowers taxes or builds the wall. They won’t care.
Plenty of other Trump supporters voted for him because they saw him as a protector of white America, whether through rhetoric or policy. They won’t mind.
And, as I said, the GOP has shown little moral fortitude beyond milquetoast denouncements of Trump here and there. Why would that change now?

Trump Asks Pentagon to Plan Military Parade Wall Street Journal ^ | February 7, 2018 | Julie Bykowicz Posted on 2/7/2018, 8:34:25 AM by reaganaut1
WASHINGTON—The U.S. Department of Defense is planning a military parade at the request of President Donald Trump, White House and Pentagon officials said Tuesday.
After observing the Bastille Day celebrations in Paris last year, Mr. Trump said he wanted to hold a similar parade on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, perhaps to celebrate the Fourth of July.
The French parade last July, which also marked the centennial of the U.S. entry into World War I, featured more than 6,000 service members, tanks and planes overhead in an elaborate display of military might. French President Emmanuel Macron invited Mr. Trump to watch the parade beside him.
“It was one of the greatest parades I’ve ever seen,” Mr. Trump said in September at the Lotte New York Palace hotel. “And to a large extent, because of what I witnessed, we may do something like that on July Fourth in Washington, down Pennsylvania Avenue. I don’t know. We’re going to have to try and top it.”

This is a bad idea. Leave military parades to the North Koreans. We already have Veteran’s Day and Memorial Day.

Everybody loves a parade.
it will be a grand parade, a focal point of American patriotism and America’s military strength and deliver the message to the world that American does have a substantial armed forces.
However, the parade should not be held on July 4th but rather Flag Day, June 14th which also happens to be President Trump’s Birthday.

DC mayor taunts Trump after cancellation of military parade
CNN Politics ^ | August 17, 2018 | Veronica Stracqualursi and Abby Phillip
Posted on 8/17/2018, 1:36:43 PM by 2ndDivisionVetPresident Donald Trump sought to cast blame Friday for the cancellation of his planned military parade on Washington city council officials, saying they had inflated the cost.
Soon after the President tweeted, Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser claimed she “got thru” to Trump about costs for the parade, which at one point was calculated to run about $12 million but more recent estimates said could run as high as $92 million by the time Trump canceled the event.
“The local politicians who run Washington, D.C. (poorly) know a windfall when they see it. When asked to give us a price for holding a great celebratory military parade, they wanted a number so ridiculously high that I cancelled it,” Trump tweeted Friday morning.
The President said he will instead “attend the big parade already scheduled at Andrews Air Force Base on a different date, (and) go to the Paris parade, celebrating the end of the War, on November 11th.”
He added, “Maybe we will do something next year in D.C. when the cost comes WAY DOWN. Now we can buy some more jet fighters!”

When Trump is inaugurated for his second term, the first thing he should do is use eminent domain to destroy every house within the DC area. That area was mandated as the seat of gov’t & should be used as such. People should not be living there. Either cut away the lands & give them to Maryland or Virginia, or just get rid of any residential structures. That way they can’t insist on voting rights if things take a turn to the left in the future.
glad you are better Tommy.
I don’t understand the whole Q crap. Don’t wanna. These people will latch onto anything.
I just love how it’s turning them on each other.
