My Christmas music memory post notwithstanding, I’m really grinchy this year. Some of it is because of a ton of bad things happening to people I love, but it’s mostly because we now have to go through 4 more years of Trump, and now with his new friends Elon and Vivek, the DOGE dolts.

And the worst part is that these dumbasses think they’re in office right now so President Elon is trying to shut the government down before Christmas because he seriously thinks he is co-president with VP Don. Has Elon read anything about what happened to Laura Loomer once she annoyed VPD? Plus the American people don’t want that weirdo in charge with Quinnipiac finding that 53% of voters don’t want Elon running the government.

There was a time when I would have thought that cutting people off from government services that they need during the holidays would be a death knell for the GOP. But MAGAts have clearly shown us that they don’t care if they are personally hurt by what the GOP does as long as it owns the libs. Maybe

And true to MAGAt form, the DOGE dolts are already at work. President Elon blew up the continuing resolution that Speaker Mike Johnson spent weeks negotiating with the Democrats. And he did it in part because he got his information about what was in the resolution from a known social media liar. I just can’t with these people.

And by blowing up the CR, President Elon has now managed to blow up the tenuous GOP House coalition, almost certainly ensuring another drawn-out Speakership voting process. But don’t worry, the dumbasses have a solution for that, too:

Johnson is going to have a tiny margin in the new Congress, and already Republicans are saying they won’t vote for him, so it’s more of a possibility than you might think. Dumbasses love stupidity.
