Circumventing (still garbage, but factual).

Defying.

Challenging (milquetoasty enough for mainstream pubs which hate definitive language).

SINCE APPARENTLY NOBODY’S HEARD OF.

Violating.

Attempting to violate.

Ignoring.

Flouting.
