All right, people – let's get back to it. Blowers on – airlock door open – stupid scrubbers on high – here we go!
You know, Terrible Ted Cruz is from my state (althought not my district), and I never get used to his inanity. I mean, every phrase that oozes from his pandering mouth just reeks of idiocy. I keep wondering when that stupidity (if it's not feigned) is going to splatter all over his master plan to march to retake the Sudetenland of Texas politics.
Sen. Ted Cruz Announces He Will Be Joining Glenn Beck at the Border This Weekend

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz confirmed Thursday that he will be joining Glenn Beck and Mercury One at the border in McAllen, Texas, on Saturday to feed, clothe, and provide toys for illegal immigrant children.
Catherine Frazier, a spokeswoman for the senator, told TheBlaze in an email: “Tens of thousands of children are being smuggled into the United States by dangerous drug cartels and transnational gangs – it is heartless to allow that to continue.”
“But while we work to reverse the policies that have caused this tragedy, it is important we recognize the human element of this crisis, and Sen. Cruz is glad to join Glenn Beck and Mercury One in that effort to provide some relief from the suffering this administration is causing,” Frazier continued.

Ted Crux supports legalizing illegal aliens here now...
Is Beck trying to get on the Federal gravy train too?..
I don’t trust Cruz.8 posted on 7/18/2014 9:47:09 PM by laplata (Liberals don't get it …. their minds are diseased.)..
Glenn Beck has proven himself a nut job.
I don’t know why Cruz is hooking up with him. SMH. Palin and Cruz are seen together quite a bit.
Feeding these people is the same as encouraging the actions. Cruz and Beck are both doing it for show and I think it’s a huge mistake for them.20 posted on 7/18/2014 9:57:11 PM by miliantnutcase..
To: laffnatuHere you go partner. Please pay special attention to the last sentence in the first paragraph. Ted Cruz is okay with letting illegals stay permanently (and presumably work cheap and take American jobs. Did I mention his wife is a vice president at Goldman Sachs). He just doesn't want citizenship. I just want them gone. How about you? (please read the entire article. It ain't long)
…and, by the way, Cruz and Becks efforts will encourage more kids to come and more will die along the way. All these people are sick.
RE: Feeding these people is the same as encouraging the actions.
So what do we do in the meantime, let them starve?21 posted on 7/18/2014 9:58:14 PM by SeekAndFind (If at first you don't succeed, put it out for beta test.)..
They won’t starve. To think they will is ridiculous.24 posted on 7/18/2014 10:02:54 PM by miliantnutcase
My guess is that Cruz will make sure that our side benefits from his doing this.54 posted on 7/18/2014 10:32:46 PM by ansel12 (LEGAL immigrants, 30 million 1980-2012, continues to remake the nation's electorate for democrats)..

That's my guess too. My God, some of the people on this thread are unbelievable. You DO realize the Libs spend about half their day demonizing conservatives as mean and uncaring, don't you?
That's a dirty lie. I seldom spend more than three hours a week.
The occasional charitable act by a conservative isn't going to hurt anything, and it may take some of the wind out of the Libs' sails for awhile. amuse liberals mightily.
Aside from the obvious trolls, those posters who seek nothing less than absolute, complete, toe-the-line doctrinaire conservatism every second of the day from the already-outnumbered people on our side have become incredibly tiresome. They're the kind of people who get people like Obama elected.

And oh yeah, if Cruz is dead to FReepers as POTUS candidate because of what he’s doing with Beck, what about the other conservative, Mike Lee?
It just so happened that Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) dropped out of the trip with Beck, saying a scheduling conflict prevented him from attending.
Does this mean he could have joined Cruz and Beck if he had no scheduling conflict?55 posted on 7/18/2014 10:33:23 PM by SeekAndFind (If at first you don't succeed, put it out for beta test.)
Google Draws a Blank for Memorial Day Gateway ^ | May 26, 2014 | Jim Hoft

Google frequently decorates its logo to celebrate various holidays and special events.
Last year Google honored Cesar Chavez on Easter Sunday.
Last week Google celebrated the 40th Anniversary of the Rubik’s Cube.
But Memorial Day this year drew a blank.
Meanwhile, here’s the Bing homepage today.

I expect nothing less from Google… and when it’s Anal Sex Appreciation Day, it’s all rainbows and unicorns.
Hmmm….Gateway Pundit doesn’t have a graphic honoring Memorial Day veterans either.7 posted on 5/26/2014 10:01:39 AM by Extremely Extreme Extremist (100% pure organic, free-range conservative)
To: george76I rarely use Google anymore. Google intentionally does this, it reminds me of Isaiah 5:20: Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.
I see a small American flag beneath the search window with a yellow ribbon overlaid. The mouseover says “Memorial Day 2014.”57 posted on 5/26/2014 1:39:30 PM by Billthedrill

Actually, Google kept it simple and understated with a nice American flag and yellow ribbon image below the search. Pretty tasteful.

So all the blowhards on this thread who were earlier bashing Google are no doubt now hanging their heads in shame.
Google laid the trap and they walked right into it. Open mouth, insert foot.65 posted on 5/26/2014 2:52:42 PM by SamAdams76

“they’re usually pretty good at covering up stories that are hurtful to the left, so………”
…so it’s their lead story because it’s finally their dream nightmare come true:
“They then covered the officers with something that featured the Gadsden flag, a yellow banner with a coiled snake above the words, “Don’t tread on Me.”
“The flag is named for Christopher Gadsden a Revolutionary War general who designed it. It has recently come back in vogue as an adopted symbol of the American tea party movement.”

Georgia woman chases, guns down hubby after argument New York Post ^ | June 8, 2014 | Kathianne Boniello

An argument between husband and wife at a Moe’s Southwest Grill quickly flared out of control — with the wife chasing her spouse across the parking lot and gunning him down in front of a supermarket before killing herself, police said.
Bruce Strange begged for his life before being fatally shot in the Marietta, Ga., shopping center by his wife, Paula, police said.
“Please don’t do it!” the 52-year-old Navy veteran screamed while trying to escape his wife of 32 years, who pursued him in her car.

What an absolute horror, played out before hundreds of terrified observers.
I'm sure we can count on the Freeperati to handle this tragedy with their usual infallable sense of decorum.
If she was in the kitchen – where she belongs – this never would have happened.
I’m just saying. . .6 posted on 6/8/2014 7:24:54 PM by vladimir998

If they’re truly licking the bottom of the barrel they should just nominate my man, Louie Gohmert for Prez. Could we get that lucky?
