Morning everyone – of course, I’m referring to Republicans, but living in Ebola Ground Zero Dallas, I just had to see what the Freeperati had to say about this whole thing.
I’d like to say I wasn’t disappointed, but that’s hard to quantize.
Health officials tracing Dallas Ebola patient’s path (Dallas ambulance was in use 2 more days)
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram ^ | September 30, 2014 | Judy Wiley and Monica NagyPosted on 10/1/2014 1:07:38 AM by 2ndDivisionVet
A man in a Dallas hospital has Ebola, the first human case of the deadly virus diagnosed in the United States, doctors at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Tuesday.
The patient, who is in an isolation unit at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, did not develop symptoms until four days after he arrived from West Africa, officials said at a hastily called press conference at the CDC’s headquarters in Atlanta.
“He was checked for fever before getting on the flight,” said CDC Director Thomas Frieden. “There is no reason to believe anyone on the flight was at risk.”
The Ebola virus is not spread through the air, but through contact with bodily fluids of victims — sweat, blood, saliva and other secretions.
The patient, whom officials would not identify, flew to the United States on Sept. 20, and began feeling ill on Sept. 24, Frieden said.
He sought care at the Dallas hospital on Friday and was sent home with antibiotics, Dr. Edward Goodman of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital said at a separate press conference in Dallas. Goodman said the hospital is looking into why the patient was discharged….

What response is 2ndDivisionVet going to get?
Some doomsday prepper “I told you so”s? A rational discussion of how Ebola is transmitted? Some revealing survival stats?
To: 2ndDivisionVetThe corrupt hussien regime is doing all it can to destroy the Texas economy. The Ebola outbreak in Dallas will mean that businesses will be reluctant to expand their numerous corporate headquarters located in the area. The vendors who work the Great State Fair will see their profits vanish due to the sparse crowds. Even Jerry Jones, while not beloved by many, will suffer since games will be canceled at AT&T Stadium. Yes, this is the October surprise orchestrated by the DemonRAT party.Plausible? Yes, I think so. The hussein/holder/jarrett trio hate the Christian Conservative values of Texas and this is their way to inflict a horrific punishment on the people of the Lone Star State.
To: re_nortexThe corrupt hussien regime is doing all it can to destroy the Texas economy. You think this is going to stay in Texas?

The entire ebola false flag is a CIA – new world order sponsored false attack.
If it was real it would not be receiving THIS much attention in press.
Drudge is filled with it,
I would have said “full of it”, but to each his own.
top line links.
The propaganda machine spins away…
Give up your guns, rely on the government, you need the government, you’re helpless, the boogie man is coming for you, give the government the power to have military-enforced lockdowns – it’s for “homeland security” ! See, there were zombies on TV the past couple years – now it’s coming true in real life ! You need the government to save you !
What crap.

To: DarksheareCould Obamao be tacitly using germ warfare against his state political rivals?
Interesting question. But even this, if proven, wouldn’t motivate our treasonous “R” congress to impeach him.

Are Republicans going to DO something about this creeping horror, or just piss and moan impotently?
And then – finally :
To: PieterCasparzenThere have been posts here about Ebola for months.
Yesterday I started seeing a lot of new names popping up on these threads.
Before were start spreading gloom and doom, let’s educate ourselves. This was expected by lots of us.
It’s not a CIA plot. That is tin hat stuff.

To: Vermont LtNot the CIA but the NWO ideology will spread disease because it does not value human life. Open borders with no sense of self survival and thriving, is what will kill off humans. To these elitists, humans are like cockroaches or zombies overpopulating their globe.

Obama cuts line at famed Texas barbecue joint (but pays for lunch)
YAHOO NEWS ^ | 10 JULY 2014 | ERIC PFEIFFER Posted on 7/10/2014 6:51:26 PM by Extremely Extreme Extremist
Some people wait in line for five hours just to get their fix at Austin’s famous Franklin Barbecue. And who can blame them? The establishment is less than 10 years old but has been cited as the nation’s best.
Of course, President Obama is not “some people.” After a campaign-style speech in Austin on Thursday afternoon, the commander in chief made a stop by Franklin Barbecue and was quickly ushered to the front of the line.
It’s common practice to let a president cut to the front of the line at a dining establishment. After all, the president arguably has the busiest schedule on the planet. Plus, having a president standing in one place only creates headaches for everyone else who is just trying to get some food.

“I wish I owned the place…”
I wouldn’t want to own that place. Haven’t some of the eating establishments he visited gone under. Like some kind of Zulu curse or something.
I wouldn’t want my business tainted in such a fashion, or to throw my employees out when I go under,

George Will: Let Illegals Stay; ‘Preposterous’ US ‘Can’t Assimilate These 8-Year-Old Criminals’
Breitbart’s Big Government ^ | July 27, 2014 | Tony Lee Posted on 7/27/2014 5:44:22 PM by 2ndDivisionVet
On Fox News Sunday, Republican writer George Will said that America should let all of the illegal immigrant juveniles from Central America remain and ensure they are allowed to “go to school and get a job.”
“My view is that we have to say to these children, ‘Welcome to America. You’re going to go to school and get a job and become Americans,'” Will declared. “We have 3,141 counties in this country. That would be 20 per county. The idea that we can’t assimilate these 8-year-old criminals with their teddy bears is preposterous.”
Will was asked to respond to Republicans who, like a majority of Americans in multiple national polls, want to deport the illegal immigrant juveniles, 90% of whom are teenagers and not “8-year-old criminals with their teddy bears.”
There have been nearly 60,000 illegal immigrant juveniles who have been apprehended since October of last year. Federal officials expect 150,000 more will be caught in the next fiscal year….

How many will he be welcoming into his penthouse apartment?
To: 2ndDivisionVetThey are not “children” George, they are illegal alien invaders. You want them to stay, you pay for them, their housing, medical, and education, including incarceration after the “children” turn into the criminals they are being groomed to be. The disease on your head George. Stick to baseball and retire, you have ceased to be relevant.
To: 2ndDivisionVetNote to George Will: Up yours, four eyes.

OK – people – don’t make me do it!
Look, this thing’s out of control. One guy, who told one ER nurse he’d come over from Africa but also said he hadn’t been around anybody with the virus.
The symptoms look and sound like domestic flu — until they don’t, and by then it’s too frickin’ late to *start* taking precautions ’cause you’ve been wallowing in virus-laden effluvia (snot, saliva & other aerosolized secretions just from the sneezing, and that’s before the barfing and the diarrhoea start, usually 8 to 24 hours). Everybody recognizes that hemorrhagic fevers aren’t the normal fall flu, once the blood starts leaking out the nose, mouth, eyes … but by then you’ve wasted too much time for the poor sick SOB in question, and the virus is out in the wild.
The good news is Ebola’s not airborne (yet) or mosquito-borne (yet) like the flu or malaria.
The scare tactics are out of control. Sure you’ve seen that Rush is saying it is an Obama plot against the whites (as if blacks couldn’t catch it). Politicians trying to destroy the ACA are calling for the ACA to prevent the spread.
Saw that Perry was calling for closing down the borders of Texas to prevent the spread. Wonder how the football fans will react to the Cowboys not being able to travel out of state.
